James Huang is a principal at the firm, and practices investment and crisis management law, real estate, engineering and construction, shareholders’ equity, corporate M&A, banking laws, including private lending and debt assessment. Mr. Huang is also a litigator and was lead counsel on 17 cases, of which he won for the firm 15 of them. Some of Mr. Huang’s representative clients include Shanghai Branch of Bank of China, YanCheng No.2 Constructive Co., Ltd, and Five-star Construction Group Co., Ltd. He also provides legal services and consultation to three major real estate companies, over 50 local companies as their outside general counsel, and five listed enterprises with assets over a hundred million. Mr. Huang was admitted to the Chinese Bar and is an active member of the Chinese legal community. Mr. Huang has provided legal services to numerous multinational corporations in a variety of industries in China including financial services, power, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical. He has also represented clients in arbitration, litigation and other legal proceedings. His interests include assisting non-profit corporations, low income persons and assisting the Party with its goal of harmony and peace throughout China.
