Executives with corporate experience in managing operations in China and substantial business consultancy background can join our thriving consultancy practice and support our law partners. Knowledge in the manufacturing and distribution sector, along with having had P&L responsibilities, are key attributes needed for these opportunities. Top candidates will be assigned to a client to expand and build their business, working in conjunction with law partners with legal expertise.
Associates (1 to 5 years) admitted to the Chinese Bar with general experience with corporate work, intellectual property and contracts, including legal translation (English/Chinese) are needed and our compensation structure is rewarding and generous. Advanced degree from overseas a plus. Bonuses are given for exceptional performance.
Law Clerks/Legal Assistants (1 year any work experience acceptable). Assist with research, translation, and general legal coordination. English proficiency a must.
Summer Law Intern: A non-paying position (some expenses are reimbursable). Available for a minimum of 70 days during summer months. Focus on research and writing. An evaluation and letter of recommendation given at the end of internship. Support most major law school/university requirements. Legal major a must.
